From there you’ll receive a confirmation email and new patient form

New practitioner offer: Hayley Tatton will be offering discounted initial assessments at $125. When completing your online booking, just select Hayley as the practitioner and the initial assessment appointment (normal fee $140) and your fee will be adjusted once the booking is complete.
