A complete gym with a wide range of exercise equipment
25m heated, indoor hydrotherapy pool, with ramp and hoist access

Emily is an experienced exercise physiologist who’s passionate about getting people moving. Emily strives to empower people to take control of their health and wellbeing. She is a strong advocate for the Exercise is Medicine® movement which involves using exercise as a tool to help manage our physical and mental health. Emily has a wealth of experience working with:

Hayley Tatton
Hayley is an Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people move with confidence, feel stronger, and improve their overall wellbeing. She focuses on making exercise accessible, individualised, and suited to everyday life. With a background as a swim instructor, Hayley incorporates water-based exercise and hydrotherapy to support rehabilitation, mobility, and confidence in movement, as well as stroke correction to improve efficiency and technique in the water. She has experience and a particular interest in working with:
