A complete gym with a wide range of exercise equipment
25m heated, indoor hydrotherapy pool, with ramp and hoist access
50m outdoor pool

Emily Holzberger
Emily is an experienced exercise physiologist who’s passionate about getting people moving. Emily strives to empower people to take control of their health and wellbeing. She is a strong advocate for the Exercise is Medicine® movement which involves using exercise as a tool to help manage our physical and mental health. Emily has a wealth of experience working with:

Troy Cooper
With over 10 years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist, Troy has much experience in treating a broad range of clients with many different complex needs and conditions. He particularly has an interest in treating clients with:

Athletic development and injury rehab
