The team at Riverside Exercise Physiology aim to provide our clients with the highest standard of care. We endeavour to guide our clients through rehabilitation to recovery, and finally to self-maintenance.

Riverside Exercise Physiology is located within the Colmslie Aquatic Centre. This facility allows access to:

  • A complete gym with a wide range of exercise equipment

  • 25m heated, indoor hydrotherapy pool, with ramp and hoist access

  • 50m outdoor pool

Emily Holzberger

Emily is an experienced exercise physiologist who’s passionate about getting people moving. Emily strives to empower people to take control of their health and wellbeing. She is a strong advocate for the Exercise is Medicine® movement which involves using exercise as a tool to help manage our physical and mental health. Emily has a wealth of experience working with:

  • Injury rehabilitation

  • Chronic pain management

  • Chronic disease management
    Osteoporosis and osteoarthritis
    Cardiovascular disease
    Type I & II Diabetes
    Neurological conditions

  • Hypermobility and connective tissue disorders

Hayley Tatton

Hayley is an Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people move with confidence, feel stronger, and improve their overall wellbeing. She focuses on making exercise accessible, individualised, and suited to everyday life. With a background as a swim instructor, Hayley incorporates water-based exercise and hydrotherapy to support rehabilitation, mobility, and confidence in movement, as well as stroke correction to improve efficiency and technique in the water. She has experience and a particular interest in working with:

    Osteoporosis and osteoarthritis
    Cardiovascular disease
    Type I & II Diabetes
